We begin in the week of 28th April 2025.
Are you joining us?
One of the most disorienting and confusing and what-on earth-is-even-happening stages of a woman’s life? Peri/menopause.
And one of the least spoken about and supported and celebrated stages of a woman’s life? You guessed it. Peri/menopause.
While a tiny handful of women breeze through this season, the majority find it to be an incredibly challenging time and for most, an incredibly challenging time that spans way-too-many long years.
Our physical bodies, our emotions, our mental health, our identities, our lifestyles, our relationships (with ourselves and others!) - no facet of our life goes untouched, which can feel overwhelming, exhausting and let’s be honest, really bloody scary.
What if it offered us an opportunity to take stock of our lives, and assess what’s hot and what’s not (aka what’s working and what needs to go!)?
To reclaim the parts of ourselves we’ve lost - to motherhood, to our careers and to society’s vomit-worthy ‘norms’, rules and expectations?
To stop giving any f!cks and show up in our lives as our most authentic and outrageous/quiet/assertive/wild[insert your unique personality traits here] selves?
To re-evaluate how we’re spending our precious time and energy?
To contemplate who we want to grow into and what we want for our future?
Society has led us to believe that because peri/menopause is a normal life stage, we should ‘suck it up’ and just accept how hard it can feel.
And while yes, acceptance of any life challenge is important, this doesn’t mean we can’t play an active role in steering the ship that is our life. After all, we still have plenty of years on the old ticker - we don’t just have to roll over and die!
While I know that peri/menopause is happening to you right now, trust me when I say that there's many ways you can reclaim your power, your strength and your sense of self during this chapter of your life.
Allow me to show you how.
An online group program for women who want to thrive through (not just survive!) peri/menopause.
Does it come with a magic wand that will make your peri/menopause and its pesky symptoms disappear? Sadly not, because let me tell you, I’d be waving that wand all over myself if it did…
BUT it does come with a kit overflowing with tools and strategies and virtual hugs and hurrahs to support you to navigate, as gracefully as possible (which let’s be honest, may not be very graceful at times!), the upheaval and the limbo that is peri/menopause…
And at the very least, unearth some of the treasures it has in store for you.
That even though you feel fed up, tired, pissed off, hot and confused - you can reclaim the power I know you feel like you’ve lost.
That even though you’ve lost your joie de vivre, your verve and your libido - your spark and inner fire are still inside you. While they may be hibernating right now, they won’t forever, I promise!
That even though you feel scared by all the things you’re questioning and all the things you know are going to have to change in your life - what lies on the other side of these courageous moves is the peace, contentment and joy you’re so deeply yearning for.
And I want you to know that even though perimenopause sucks, we can make it suck a bit less, and maybe even have some laughs along the way!
Over 12 weeks, we’ll call on a variety of tools, practices and modalities to help you learn more about perimenopause (because knowledge is power!), shift your relationship to it, and infuse the chapter (and future chapters!) with more comfort, peace, joy and ease. Here’s just some of what’s inside…
Group and 1:1 coaching
My 29 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist (more on me below!)
Breathwork
Journalling
Movement and embodiment practices
Self compassion practices
Meditation and mindfulness
Sharing with other women (you choose how much or how little!)
Emotion Freedom Technique
This phase is all about being honest about just how shit your peri/menopause experience is (because this program is not about rolling a turd in glitter and pretending everything’s great!)
Why? Because being clear about where you're at now is key to you knowing how you want to move forward.
We’ll dive deeply into the peri/menopause pit and begin to make sense (or make more sense!) of what’s going on for you. While you may grieve what was, you’ll do so with knowledge and clarity, and with hope for what’s to come.

This is where we get down and dirty looking for all the glorious parts of yourself that you pushed aside, ignored, and denied in order to fit the mold that society (and your family and friends) insisted you fit!
You'll reclaim the truest version of yourself that you were forced to abandon, and begin to connect with who you truly are (don’t worry if you don’t know who you are right now - clarity will come!)
You’ll come to feel a sense of confidence, compassion and self-acceptance that you likely haven’t experienced since you were a little girl, and we’ll pave a path for you to create a new way of living that’s right for you.
Now’s the time to embody your new identity and life, and transform your Future Self into your Present Self.
Together we’ll gather the parts that you want to bring with you into your next life chapter, learn new ways of showing up for yourself, and embody the new qualities you desire.
You’ll grow into and live YOUR version of the wise and considerate yet unapologetic woman you want to be.
You’ll live your fullest expression of yourself and build a life that honours that.
You know things need to change, but you’re scared about what this means…
For your relationship/marriage, your family dynamics, the roles in your home (‘coz let’s be real - you’ve likely been carrying the mental load and doing the majority of the household tasks for years!), your work, your friendships, how you spend your money, what you do with your time - the list goes on and on.
I totally understand how scary it can feel to shake things up, speak up and voice your truth and your needs.
BUT (surely you knew it was coming - haha) thanks to dear old peri/menopause, change is happening - whether you like it or not - and you can either get on board with it and use it as an opportunity to consciously create your future, or simply, be at its whim.
Which path do you choose? (The correct answer is get on board! wink)
✔️ 12 wonderful weeks with me Kirstin (more on me below!) and a small group of fellow legendary perimenopausal women who ‘get’ it
✔️ 3 absolutely necessary ‘integration’ weeks at different points in the program where there are NO live sessions so that you can catch up on any you’ve missed, do the ‘work’ you might have fallen behind on and just really so we all catch our breath. Trust me. I’ve ALWAYS loved integration weeks when I’ve been a participant and my participants have also given me the same feedback. You’ll thank me for it
✔️Coaching, learning and support held online on Zoom, where we’ll journey though the four phases and you’ll begin to bridge the gap between your Old/Current Self and your Future Self. These calls will be 1.5 hour session each week, with replays if you can’t join us live
✔️ ‘Hot seat’ coaching where you can apply to get 1:1 on-the-spot support on the group calls
✔️ A private online sharing space (held on Facebook) where you can ask questions, seek out and offer support, cry, and celebrate yourself and others
✔️ Lifetime friends who make you feel seen, heard and celebrated (which is priceless, right?!)
✔️ 1:1 coaching upgrade option for the women who want personalised and private support from me (a Clinical Psychologist with nearly three decades of experience!)
Please know that there’s no ‘right’ time to join Embracing The Madness and Magic of Menopause. No matter where you’re at on your journey, or how long you’ve been traversing it, you are welcome and will find bundles of value in what’s taught and shared.

While the group journey will absolutely transform your life, move you forward and introduce you to a group of incredible like-minded and like-journeying women, 1:1 coaching will deepen and enrichen your experience.
The beauty of 1:1 support is that the space is all for you. It's your playground to be self-focused (something that more women need to get comfy doing!), ask questions, process experiences, express emotions and get tailored support that's for you and only you.
To ensure I can show up as my best self to all the women in Embracing The Madness and Magic of Menopause, VIP spaces are limited to just 8 women, so if you feel called to nurture yourself in this way, then don’t delay.
I’m a fellow menopauser (haha that’s absolutely not a word but let’s roll with it!), a Clinical Psychologist with nearly three decades of experience under her belt, a mother of three and a lover of musicals and camping (it used to be the hard-core camping version but I’ve bougie’d up a bit and now have a camper trailer. Time for a bit more comfort I say!)
While my work sees me gratefully connect with people from all walks of life, my own journey with perimenopause led me down a path I couldn’t help but explore.…
Like many women, I found perimenopause to be so hard. Perhaps one of the hardest chapters I’ve ever had to navigate (and perhaps like you, I’ve had to navigate a lot!). And while things have settled a fair bit since being menopausal for a few years now, it's still not a walk in the park.
From the embarrassing hot flushes, the fatigue, the forgetfulness and ‘slowness’, the rollercoaster of emotions, and the HRT/MHT that hasn’t made much of a dent…
To the questioning of my identity, my goals, my biz, my lifestyle, my role as a mum and who I want to be…
EVERYTHING has been scrutinised and I’ve had to make a lot of changes that have meant putting myself first (which lemme tell you was a very new concept to me).
In saying this, I mean it when I say that peri/menopause has also been one of the greatest gifts of my life.
It’s offered me a chance to connect with myself in a way I haven’t before - at least, in a way I haven’t for decades, pre-career and kiddos, and I’ve found this to be so liberating and exciting; I’ve rediscovered long lost hobbies; I’ve spoken up about my needs and desires; I’ve invited in more sweet and satisfying simplicity (I used to want to conquer the world and take on anything and everything!) and I’ve let go of people and things that were weighing me down.
Thanks to peri/menopause I feel like I’m writing a new and wonderful next chapter of my life, which is exactly what I hope to support you to do in Embracing the Madness and Magic of Perimenopause.
It doesn’t, no. Whether you’ve been perimenopausal for a week, five years, ten years or well into menopause, you’re welcome, and will find value in Embracing The Madness and Magic of Menopause..
Yes! You know yourself and your body best, so your self diagnosis is a-okay with me!
If the program calls to you then yes, please join us! The ‘hard parts’ of perimenopause don’t magically disappear postmenopause (unfortunately - haha), so if you feel open and ready to do some self exploration and consciously create your future, then you are oh-so-welcome!
As well as this, friends with surgically induced menopause are invited to join us.
Very often, our surgically induced menopause friends are abruptly thrown into menopause without the transitory phase that can be perimenopause. Embracing The Madness and Magic of Menopause can support them to take this journey after the fact too.
Absolutely! The VIP option includes 3 x 1.5 hour 1:1 sessions with me. While the standard group journey is incredible, the 1:1 sessions will support us to dive even more deeply into your life and personalise everything to you.
As well as this, the perimenopause journey is an emotional one, and one that some women may not feel open to sharing, at least in its fullest expression, in a group setting. 1:1 coaching offers a safe and fully supported space to share what’s on your mind and heart and get the perfect support to meet you where you’re at in that moment..
We will find times that work for you across the 12 weeks of the program. Ideally you’d have your first session sometime in the first 4 weeks of the program, one sometime in the middle and then the final session either in the last week of the program or just after the program has finished.

Wk 11 - Mon 15th July 9-10:30am
Wk 12 - Tues 23rd July 4-5:30pm
There are no live sessions during ‘Integration Weeks’. They are scheduled so that you can ‘catch up’ on any sessions you’ve missed.
We’ve set the time as is, because we have women all over Australia joinng us! But I do realise that it might not work every week, for all of you. I do really hope you can attend all of them (or at least most of them) I can promise you they will all be recorded and available to you the day after each session has occurred. We’ll also make sure you have access to them for a minimum of 12 months after the coaching program has finished. It’s important to us that you have time to use the material to refine things as you continue to evolve!
There will be a maximum of 20 women in the group, so it will be an intimate and safe space to share (as little or as much as you want).
While I understand that trying something new, like a group program, can feel scary, rest assured that everyone is in the same boat, in the same season of their life and likely, feeling the same anxiety as you.
We’re all in this together.
Lovely woman if you’ve made it this far down the page then I have a hunch that you are ready to become a SOVEREIGN WOMAN and that your heart is calling you to join us in this experience.
Peri/menopause can be a lonely journey, but it doesn’t have to be. Myself and a wonderful group of women are waiting inside with open arms, ready to listen and support you, and laugh our way through this messy middle of life that we all find ourselves in.
I do hope you’ll join us.
Kirstin. X
