All About Her The Centre for Menopause’s Community  Guidelines

Introduction 

Welcome to our Community Guidelines. 

These guidelines are designed to help All About Her The Centre for Menopause members  understand how to show up in our space, both online and in person. These key principles  help us to build a strong, safe and positive community and help prevent any issues or  unacceptable behaviour arising. 

These Community Guidelines apply to all members who engage with our offerings and  attend any of our events, as well as our interactions with our team. These guidelines also  apply to those who are yet to join our community and interact with our brand, members  and team externally online and in person. 

About Our Community 

We exist to create a world that sees, values and actively supports women throughout  their menopausal years. Our mission is to elevate the voices, wellbeing and lives of all  women navigating the menopausal years. Our community is for health professionals  working with menopausal women.

Community Guidelines 

Section 1: Acceptable Behaviour 

We encourage members to show up in the following ways: 

1. Authenticity: We bring our genuine and true selves to the space

2. Celebration: We celebrate the wins and success of the community

3. Collaboration: We work with one another and contribute to the success of  everyone through respectful listening and discussion 

4. Community: We contribute so that the community becomes meaningful to one  another 

5. Content: We share useful content that is relevant to our community 6. Diversity: We include all members and do not exclude people based on their race,  gender, age, sexual orientation, religion and menopausal status. 

7. Effort: We get out of this community what we put into it 

8. Fun: We have fun in our space, bringing humour and joy where possible 9. Give back: We remember to give back and contribute to the community 10. Inclusivity: We are inclusive and welcoming to all members inside our community 11. Knowledge: We encourage knowledge and skills sharing amongst one another 12. Privacy: We respect each others personal information and privacy 

Section 2: Unacceptable Behaviour 

We will not tolerate the following behaviour in our community: 

1. Bullying: We do not tolerate bullying, threats or any unreasonable behaviour  towards other members and our team that makes them feel uncomfortable or  offended 

2. Copyright: We trust that our members will not steal or claim other members or  our brands content as their own, thus resulting in copyright infringement 3. Illegal activities: We do not tolerate any illegal activities within our community

4. Misinformation: We encourage members to share accurate and truthful  information as opposed to fake news or misleading content 

5. Privacy: We do not tolerate any behaviour that exposes people’s private or  personal information 

6. Prohibited content: We do not tolerate any inappropriate content being shared  within our community 

7. Racism: Any racist or discriminatory language towards other members,  Ambassadors or our team is not acceptable 

8. Spam: We do not tolerate any spam or irrelevant content within our community 

Section 3: Ramifications 

For those who violate our guidelines, the following consequences may occur: 

1. Removal from our community and online portal 

2. Banned from attending future events 

3. Refusal to join our community 

4. Termination of your program involvement 

Section 4: Reporting 

We appreciate any support from our community to uphold these guidelines. If you  witness any members or non-members violating our guidelines, please contact us at  hello@allabouthercentre.com.au with the following information: 

1. Name of the person 

2. Explanation of what you’ve witnessed 

3. Which section of these guidelines have been violated 

4. Supporting evidence to reinforce your explanation (e.g screenshots, photos)
