With 19 years’ experience as a psychologist and previously a counsellor, I have worked across various fields, including management, business, therapy, supervision, and training. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working alongside many women, and together, we've worked to enhance their well-being and find greater satisfaction in both their personal and professional lives

As a woman also navigating post-menopause, I understand the challenges of balancing work and personal life during this time.

Together, we will create a personalised plan—a roadmap tailored to your specific stage, whether it is peri-menopause, menopause, or post-menopause. This plan will help you understand what is happening, prepare for changes, and take proactive steps to manage both your personal and professional life.
