Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious? Experiencing unwanted weight gain and feeling bad about yourself?
The transition to perimenopause and menopause can leave us women feeling exhausted, stressed and uncertain.
The good news? You are in the right place to receive the support you need, and you do not have to navigate this journey alone.
My name is Dr Cristina Cavezza, and I help perimenopausal and menopausal women go from feeling overwhelmed and not in control to confidently able to handle life’s stressors.
We see an increase in many unwanted symptoms and changes in our appearance from our late 30’s onwards and this can take a toll on our physical and emotional wellbeing if left unaddressed.
Maybe you’ve noticed that you crave more sugary, salty or fatty foods? Perhaps this leads you to overeat which then makes you feel bad about yourself.
Or you might not be sleeping as well, and this leaves you feeling tired and irritable.
Perhaps your irritability has gotten so bad that you are short-tempered, and this leaves you feeling ashamed or guilty.
You may even be experiencing physical pain that affects your mood and behaviour.
You may have gotten to a point where you look back on your ‘old self’ and are unsure how you even got to where you are today.
You desperately want to feel like yourself again, but you aren’t sure where to start. Should you take HRT? Join a gym? Do yoga or meditation? See a nutritionist or dietician?
The list could go on and on, but the point is you need clarity and long-term, sustainable solutions – not short-term, or ‘quick fixes.’
That’s where I come in!
I have over 15 years of professional experience helping women like you manage your emotions better so that you can live life in accordance with your own personal values, not societal expectations of the ‘good’ woman/wife/daughter/sister/friend and so on.
